Welcome to 2021…..a year full of anticipation & hope. It hasn’t started how we wanted or thought it might, however I’m sure that we have all learnt a few things from 2020 that we can take positively in to this brand new year.
It was January 2020 that CSG Personnel was born & 2 months later we were live & already working on a number of vacancies however, little did we know what was literally round the corner……COVID19 !! The recruitment market took a big hit, like many industries did, but we were grateful for the loyalty of our clients & candidates & we continued to stay focused, positive & extremely determined to come out the other side. There were some down days but above all else there has been lots of laughter, communication, support & team work.
The last 12 months have certainly flown by & we’ve really enjoyed reconnecting with people & speaking with so many more new contacts. We are really missing our face to face meetings at the moment – Zoom is great & has been our best friend in the office for many months, but we do like to meet in person & cannot wait to be seeing our clients & candidates again soon.
