Celebrating 3 years in business
Starting out in recruitment as a Trainee Consultant 23 years ago, my vision & goal was always to run my own recruitment agency….it felt like a pipe dream & such a long way off at the time but, to achieve it I knew I had to work really hard. I put all of my effort & determination in to being a successful Temporaries Consultant, Permanents Consultant & enjoyed various promotions along the way, up to Senior Business Manager for a well-known recruitment agency.
In December 2019, I realised that with my skills, knowledge, experience & good reputation in the recruitment industry, I could achieve the goal that I dreamed of as a 24-year-old Trainee Consultant. So, on my birthday, the 2nd of March 2020, CSG Personnel was born & officially launched. It was a proud & exciting day & one I will never forget – taking on 7 new vacancies on day one was just the start & we have not looked back (even working through & surviving a global pandemic!!)
We are extremely proud of the service that we deliver & we are lucky to have such a loyal candidate & client base – thank you for your commitment & support over the past 3 years. We have truly enjoyed building & growing your teams & we look forward to recruiting more amazing candidates into your business.

It’s certainly a day for a double celebration……birthday & business bubbles are on the cards today however, that’s after a full day of meetings, arranging interviews & sending great CV’s to amazing vacancies.
