Purchase Ledger Clerk

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to work within a friendly team and a company who are leaders within their industry.

Withing this role you will be responsible for the following:

Supplier statement reconciliation

Matching, batching and coding invoices

Preparing and running BACS payments

Processing staff expenses

Setting up new supplier accounts

Fully maintaining the Purchase Ledger and the process

Posting credit and debit notes


Minimum 3 years Purchase Ledger experience

Excellent communication skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Team player but able to work with minimal supervision

Good computer skills and competent with MS Excel
