We are currently recruiting for a Parts Assistant in Fyfield, Ongar – this is a fabulous opportunity to join an established and industry leading company who encourage and support their staff.

Daily responsibilities will include:

Assisting with the smooth and organised showroom operations

Providing support to a busy team

Assisting with retail sales in the showroom

Liaising with customers and clients on the phone and face to face

Dealing with enquiries and product queries in a professional manner

Providing an excellent customer service at all times

Ensuring the department is well presented at all times

Skills and experience required:

Excellent people skills and able to provide an efficient customer service

Ability of working in a busy department and cope under pressure during busy periods

Excellent communication skills face to face in writing and on the phone

Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy

A team player and also able to work using own initiative

Additional Information:

39 hours per week / Overtime available / 1 hour lunch break / 24 days annual leave + bank holidays / sick pay / pension
