A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Paraplanner based in Braintree. The successful candidate will be joining an extremely friendly & highly successful Practice who are partnered with one of the UK’s leading Wealth Management organisations.

Working within a busy team & providing support, the key tasks of the role are:

  • Report writing
  • Collating client information
  • Preparing suitability letters
  • Preparing illustrations
  • Managing cases to completion
  • Ensuring business gained is processed in a timely manner
  • Liaising daily with colleagues & clients on the phone & in writing
  • Providing efficient & accurate administration support
  • Processing new business & maintaining existing business
  • Maintaining & updating files & client information
  • Keeping up to date with processes & procedures

Key requirements

  • IFA/Wealth Management environment experience
  • Studying towards or have gained Level 4 Financial Planning Diploma
  • Excellent communication skills on the phone and in writing
  • Articulate, accurate and confident liaising at any level
  • Experience of the administration of IHT and/or Pension and/or Investment products
  • Highly organised, discreet and display confidentiality at all times
