Office Administrator

£20,000 – £25,000 per annum

Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm with the option to work from home on the Friday.

Job Specification:

Working within the Operations team and managing production of orders

Providing support to Account Managers

Managing the email inbox and responding accordingly

Answering calls and dealing professionally with a variety of enquiries and requests

Processing and proofing orders

Ensuring orders are delivered as required

Managing challenges or issues that occur

Chasing pro-forma payment to avoid delays with orders

Ensuring order acknowledgements are correct based on quotes received

Sending proofs to clients and managing the progress to ensure deadlines are not compromised

Progress chasing orders and despatching ready for invoicing

Checking all jobs have been delivered satisfactorily and documenting feedback

Developing existing client relationships to build rapport and grow business with them

Adhering to all aspects of quality management to manage suppliers effectively

Requirements:
