Human Resources Manager Job Specification

  • Talent acquisition and talent management, according to needs of the company
  • Identifying training requirements for employees and manage staff retention
  • HR and Personnel administration
  • Ensure legal compliance across the business
  • Deal efficiently and professionally with employee issues
  • Wages, salary & benefit ,administration (via outsourced payroll provider)
  • Provide organisational support, structure and workforce plans
  • Manage the performance appraisal system
  • Support third party and internal audits as required
  • Ensure the right talent and workforce is in place for the needs of the business
  • Ensure that employees have a safe working environment and that the business is compliant with laws and regulations

Human Resources Manager Requirements

  • 5 years Senior HR experience
  • Manufacturing industry experience desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills


  • Monday to Friday – 39 hours per week
