We are currently recruiting for a Branch Administrator in Braintree to assist a busy team and provide an efficient administrative service.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, professional and self-motivated Administrator to work within a well established and growing business.

Monday to Friday 8am-5pm (40 hour week)

Market rate salary with a great benefits package

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the duties & responsibilities of the role include:

Providing a first-class administrative service to the Branch Manager and a busy team

Liaising with customers and members of staff on a daily basis

Accurately typing documents and entering data on to the system

Updating and submitting accident reports to Head Office

Maintaining and updating employee records

Dealing with matters and documents of a confidential nature

Answering calls and dealing with various enquiries

Monitoring and submitting holiday requests

Carrying out all administrative duties required to ensure the smooth running of the business

Skills and experience:

Excellent communication skills on the phone and face to face

Polite and professional manner

Act with discretion when dealing with matters of a confidential nature

Computer literate with good keyboard skills and accuracy

A good working knowledge of  Word and Excel

Excellent organisational skills with the ability of multitasking and prioritising work
