
CSG Personnel are pleased to be recruiting for a permanent & full-time Accounts Assistant based in Braintree. 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday.
Working within a small and friendly team, your duties & responsibilities will include:
All aspects of Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger
Carrying out Credit Control functions for the company
Credit checking customers
Managing and chasing outstanding debt
Dealing with queries, negotiating, escalating problem accounts
Enter supplier and subcontractor invoices
Sales invoicing
Supplier statement reconciliation
Raising purchase orders for Project Managers
Liaising with customers, suppliers and subcontractors
Filing and general daily office administration as required
Answering emails and telephone calls
Essential
A good working knowledge of Sage 50
Computer literate with Word & Excel
Accurate, attention to detail
A good team player
An extremely good work ethic
Excellent communication skills on the phone and in writing
