
Accounts Assistant
We are pleased to be recruiting for an Accounts Assistant in Braintree. This is a full-time permanent role offering 40 hours per week.
You will be part of a small and friendly team and daily duties & responsibilities will include:
All aspects of Purchase Ledger
Enter supplier and subcontractor invoices
Some Sales Ledger duties and sales invoicing
Supplier statement reconciliation
Raising purchase orders for Project Managers
Liaising with customers, suppliers and subcontractors
Filing and general daily office administration as required
Answering emails and telephone calls
Essential
A good working knowledge of Sage 50
Computer literate with Word & Excel
Accurate, attention to detail
A good team player
An extremely good work ethic
Excellent communication skills on the phone and in writing
