An exciting opportunity if you are looking to start your career within accounts or have a minimum of 6 months experience and would like to progress further. Training is provided and job progression is encouraged and supported.

Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-4pm

Own transport is required due to the location of the office

Working within a friendly team and reporting to the Accounts Manager, duties include:

Purchase ledger

Matching invoices to delivery notes

Posting invoices to Sage 200

Managing weekly payment runs

Dealing with various queries

Reconciling supplier statements

Opening new accounts

Sales ledger

Assisting with credit control via phone and in writing

Taking daily, weekly & monthly credit card payments

Allocating cash to Sage 200

Liaising with the sales team

Allocating and checking credit limits

Managing petty cash
