Accounts Administrator

Exciting new role in Colchester

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

You will be part of a friendly team and supporting with various accounts duties

Raising purchase orders for Project Managers

Entering supplier and subcontractor invoices using Sage 50

Liaising with customers, suppliers and subcontractors

Supplier statement reconciliation

Filing and general daily office administration as required

Answering emails and telephone calls

Requirements

A minimum of 1 year accounts experience is essential

Ideally Sage 50 experience

Computer literate – Word & Excel

Accurate, attention to detail

Team player

Excellent communication skills
